The registration to the JCO 2019 is required before submitting a proposal.
1/ Register online by clicking here : Registration
2/ Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email including the guidelines to create your personal space and, then, prepare your abstract online.
4/ Abstract submission deadline for poster and oral communication: 8 september 2019
5/ Acceptance notification to authors: 12 september 2019
Instruction to the authors
All submissions must be made online in English from the website. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
One person can submit no more than 1 abstract. When submitting an abstract, you agree to present it during the JCO 2019, either as oral communication or as a poster, unless your abstract is rejected.
Authors will have to specify whether they wish to present an oral communication or a poster. The final choice will be determined by the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts will then be reviewed and selected by the JCO 2019 Scientific Committee members. The selected candidates for both posters and oral communications will be notified by the JCO 2019 Secretariat.
An abstract can be edited directly through the personal space only in its draft mode. Once your abstract has been submitted on the platform, for any modification (title, type …) you will have to send an email to the secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if your oral communication is not accepted?
- Your poster presentation is still validated
- You should confirm to the secretariat that you still wish to present your poster.
- Should your registration not be paid, you will have to pay for the fees to ensure that your abstract is maintained in the program.
The “book of abstracts” will be designed in black and white (except for the schemes) and could be downloaded from the website.
